PSYCHODERMATOLOGY: EDITORIAL
Psychodermatology is an editorial project designed to resemble a personal diary, emphasizing the intimate connection between skin health and overall well-being. As a strong advocate for skincare and health awareness, I sought to create a private, reflective space that feels personal yet educational. Drawing on found resources from books and online research, the publication explores how internal factors—from stress to lifestyle—affect the skin. Interactive elements, including note-taking sections and a guided drawing exercise, encourage readers to engage with their own experiences, and become aware if not already about just what is going on in the body. Psychodermatology bridges personal care, education, and creative exploration in a more tactile and thoughtful format.
